Councillor Joe Ryan
 Joe is one of 5 Labour Councillors in Wexford Town and was first elected to Wexford Borough Council in 2004. Joe is a member of Co. Wexford VEC and served as the inaugural chairperson of the VEC's Audit Committee 2005-06. Joe is a member of the Environment Committee of Wexford Borough Council. Joe is also a member of Wexford Harbour Commissioners.
Joe is deeply committed to improving rail services between Wexford and Waterford. Joe believes that the ordered and planned development of Wexford Town is best achieved through a boundary extension.
